Purpose of Consent

We occasionally take photographs of our vehicles at events for use in our marketing, including our website, social media accounts, and promotional materials. We will never share identifiable images of passengers without their permission.
This form gives you the option to consent (or not) to the use of images taken in connection with your booking.

Consent Options (please tick one)(required)

Full Consent – I consent to Carriages By Capaldi taking and using images of the vehicle(s) and my party (including myself and my guests) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and printed marketing materials. Vehicle-Only Consent – I consent to Carriages By Capaldi taking and using images of the vehicle(s) at my event, but not images that include myself or my guests. No Consent – I do not consent to any images from my booking being used for promotional purposes.

Customer Declaration

I understand that:

Images may be used without restriction for promotional purposes if I provide consent.
I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Carriages By Capaldi via email, and future use of my images will cease.
This consent form does not affect any other parts of my booking terms and conditions.
